Payment and delivery

Payment Methods

In the Maveron online store, payment methods available are shown during the purchase process before placing the order.

Payment by Card

The buyer can pay by card if this option is enabled during the purchase process. Payment is made through a secure payment system of the selected provider.

PayPal

The buyer can pay via the PayPal system if this option is enabled during the purchase process.

Bank transfer (pro forma invoice)

When paying by proforma invoice, the buyer receives bank transfer details after placing the order. The order is usually processed upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Cash on delivery

When paying on delivery, the buyer pays for the order upon package collection. Any additional cost for cash on delivery is shown before placing the order.

Delivery

The delivery cost is shown in the basket or during the purchase process before placing the order.

If the order qualifies for free delivery, this is clearly shown before placing the order.

Delivery is available to areas enabled during the purchase process. If delivery to the selected country is not available, the order cannot be completed for that address.

Delivery Time

The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days from order confirmation or from receipt of payment, when payment is a condition for processing the order.

The delivery time may be extended in case of holidays, increased order volume, courier delays, incomplete customer details, or other circumstances beyond the direct control of Maveron d.o.o.

Package Collection

The buyer must check if the packaging is visibly damaged upon collection. If the shipment is damaged, the buyer should immediately report the damage to the courier and inform us as soon as possible at info@maveron-fashion.com.

Contract Withdrawal and Product Returns

In distance purchases, the consumer has the right to notify the company of contract withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason.

The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day they notified the company of the contract withdrawal.

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, clean, and with all accompanying labels, where possible. The consumer may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the value of the goods is reduced due to handling that is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer is liable for the diminished value of the goods.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Refund

The company will refund the received payments to the consumer no later than 14 days from receiving the notice of contract withdrawal.

The company reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same means of payment that the consumer used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If the consumer chose a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery, the company is not obliged to refund the additional costs of the more expensive delivery.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in cases specified by law, particularly for goods made to the consumer's precise specifications or tailored to their personal needs.

This includes custom-made products and services, individual clothing adjustments, and other products made or tailored specifically for the buyer.
