The offer may change without prior notice.

4. Prices and Discounts

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prices do not include delivery costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery costs and any other charges are shown before placing the order.

Maveron d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable to an individual order is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

When prices are reduced, the online store displays the discounted price and the previous price where required by applicable law.

The previous price means the lowest price used by the company in the last 30 days before applying the reduced price, unless the law specifies otherwise.

5. Ordering Procedure and Contract Conclusion

The buyer selects a product, adds it to the basket, and proceeds to the checkout process.

Before placing the order, the buyer can review all order details, including products, quantities, prices, delivery costs, payment method, and delivery information.

The buyer can correct entered data before submitting the order.

The order is placed when the buyer clicks the button to confirm the order or payment.

After placing the order, the buyer receives an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided during the order.

The sales contract between the buyer and Maveron d.o.o. is concluded when Maveron d.o.o. confirms the order or when the buyer receives the order confirmation by e-mail, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or product.

Maveron d.o.o. reserves the right to reject an order if the product is out of stock, if the order details are clearly incorrect, if there is suspicion of misuse, or if the order cannot be fulfilled for objective reasons.

6. Payment

Payment methods are listed on the Payment and Delivery page and during the purchase process.

Available payment methods are:

  • payment by credit or debit card,
  • PayPal,
  • payment against a proforma invoice,
  • cash on delivery,
  • other payment methods if enabled during the purchase process.

For payment against a proforma invoice, the order is usually processed after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

Maveron d.o.o. does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed through the selected payment provider.

7. Delivery

Delivery is possible to the areas enabled during the checkout process.

The delivery cost is shown before placing the order.

The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days from order confirmation or from receipt of payment, when payment is a condition for processing the order.

Maveron d.o.o. is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service, force majeure, holidays, incomplete buyer information, or other circumstances beyond its direct control.

8. Receipt of Shipment

The buyer must check upon receipt whether the shipment is visibly damaged.

If the shipment is damaged, the buyer should immediately report the damage to the delivery person and notify Maveron d.o.o. at info@maveron-fashion.com.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract without needing to state a reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, takes actual possession of the goods.

For orders of multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts when the consumer takes possession of the last item.

The consumer can notify withdrawal by e-mail to info@maveron-fashion.com or by post to the address:

MAVERON d.o.o.
Partizanska ulica 53
9000 Murska Sobota
Slovenia

The consumer may use the withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

10. Return of Goods after Withdrawal

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, they must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day they informed the company of the withdrawal.

Goods must be returned to MAVERON d.o.o., Partizanska ulica 53, 9000 Murska Sobota, Slovenia.

It is considered that the consumer returned the goods on time if they send them before the 14-day return period expires.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, clean, and with all original labels where possible.

The consumer may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the value of the goods is reduced due to handling that is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer is liable for the diminished value of the goods.

11. Refund

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, Maveron d.o.o. will refund all received payments, including standard delivery costs if paid, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

If the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard, Maveron d.o.o. is not obliged to refund the additional delivery costs.

Maveron d.o.o. reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the consumer provides proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same means of payment that the consumer used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases prescribed by law, including goods made according to the consumer's precise instructions or customised to their personal needs.

This particularly includes bespoke tailoring services, individual product customisations, and other goods made or adapted specifically for the customer.

13. Non-conformity of Goods with the Contract

Maveron d.o.o. is liable for non-conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Goods conform to the contract if they match the description, type, quantity, quality, functionality, and other characteristics typical for such goods and reasonably expected by the consumer.

If the buyer believes the goods do not conform to the contract, they must notify us at info@maveron-fashion.com and provide a description of the non-conformity.

We recommend the buyer includes photos of the product, order number, and a description of the issue to facilitate faster processing of the claim.

The consumer has rights regarding non-conformity of goods under applicable law. Maveron d.o.o. will handle claims within the statutory deadlines.

14. Warranty

For products with a warranty or where warranty is mandatory by law, the conditions in the warranty certificate or legal warranty rules apply.

The warranty does not exclude the consumer's rights regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract.

15. Complaints

The buyer can send a complaint to info@maveron-fashion.com.

The complaint should include the buyer's full name, order or invoice number, description of the issue, photos if relevant, and the buyer's contact details.

Maveron d.o.o. will process the complaint as soon as possible and in accordance with applicable law.

16. Bespoke Tailoring Services

For bespoke tailoring or individual customisations, the buyer must provide accurate measurements, instructions, and information necessary for the service.

Products or services made according to the buyer's precise instructions or customised to their personal needs are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless the law states otherwise or the product is non-conforming.

17. Data Protection and Cookies

Maveron d.o.o. processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the Cookie Policy published on the website.

Maveron d.o.o. will endeavour to resolve all complaints amicably.

In accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Maveron d.o.o. does not recognise any ADR provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes that a consumer might initiate under this law.

19. Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions and all disputes between the buyer and Maveron d.o.o. are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory regulations specify otherwise.

20. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
